Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.
Please note: You will need to pay for postage on these returns.
All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience. After 30 days, Monopie cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

How to Return a Product ?
- Print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be completely filled out and included with the returned package.
- You must contact us and ask for Returning Address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA number should be stated on the Returns Authorization Form.
- Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
- Ship via carrier of your choice (sorry we don't pay for that).
- Once you've shipped your package, please send your tracking number to support@monopie.com
- When we receive your package we will process the return within 3 business days. Once your PayPal account will be refunded, you'll receive an email with the PayPal Unique Transaction ID.
Defective Product Replacement:
The item broke for no good reason, aka a manufacturing defect. Tell us what happened and we will set you up with 100% of the retail value in the form of a coupon code. Manufacturing defects generally appear within the first year of ownership.
