Shipping Methodes

The Monopie eBay Store ships to over 100 countries worldwide through our international shipping network.

USA International Shipping
We ship to all 50 United States and US Territories. For the moment we do not ship to Military APO/FPO Orders are shipped via ePacket Servive. ePacket® is a special colloboration between eBay, China Post and USPS. Your package will be shipped via China Post EMS and will be handleded by USPS as a First Class Airmail®
All items include Tracking Information at no additional charge. You can enjoy easy access through "my eBay" to track your items location.

International Shipping
We use China Post and Singapore Post as our main carriers. All items sold are sent with tracking information at no additional charge. Once your item will be shipped you will recieve Shipping confirmation e-mail with Tracking Information. You can enjoy easy access through the Carrier's web Page to track your item location.

• Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement e-mail to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.


• Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification e-mail with carrier and tracking information.

Taxes & Duties

Customs Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Monopie includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies are widely from country to country. Please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All of our International Shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for.

We can not, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise, government regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as "gifts". ). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item
